For Sellers:

Requirements/Terms of Service:

  • Reclaim Marketplace will ONLY list pieces and projects created by Reclaim Customs.
  • We must have the item in hand to list it in the marketplace, which means you must ship us your item if we don’t already have it.
  • The piece must be in good condition and unaltered. If it is altered or damaged, you may be required to cover the repair costs or redo the item. Negotiations regarding these costs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • All listings are “Buy It Now.” We do not currently offer “Auction” style listings.
  • The consignor and Reclaim Customs will collaborate to determine a price for each item. If the consignor insists on a price higher than the fair market value determined by Reclaim Customs, listing fees will apply, even if the item does not sell. These fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Your items will be listed on our marketplace for 60 days. If your item does not sell within that timeframe, it can be relisted or shipped back to you at your expense.
  • We offer special marketing boosts for your listings for a flat fee of $30. This includes promotion via our social media and email campaigns.\

 

Fees:

We aim to keep this simple!

  • For items that sell for $999 and under, the fee is 13%.
  • For items that sell for $1,000 or more, the fee is 10%.
  • Fees are only charged if the item sells.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.

 

For Buyers:

Buyer Responsibility: Buyers must ensure they are purchasing the correct card and review all provided photos and descriptions carefully. All sales are final unless the card received differs from the description.

Shipping to Buyers: We ensure the card is properly packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance. Once the card leaves our hands, the buyer is responsible for tracking and ensuring receipt.

Refunds/Disputes: Refunds will only be issued if the card delivered does not match the description or was damaged during transit. Claims must be made within a specified window (e.g., 7 days) of receipt.
