Buyer Responsibility:

Shipping:
We take care to package each card securely and ship with tracking and insurance (if the buyer opts for insurance). Once the item leaves our hands, the buyer assumes responsibility for tracking and ensuring adequate delivery conditions to the specified shipping address.

Refunds and Disputes:
Refunds will only be issued if the item delivered does not match the description. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
